First off, this is not a snipe at anything or anybody, it's just a recreation of Moon Hitler from the On The Moon Cartoons. You can see the first referance to him here: [link] So don't go thinking I'm making fun of the past or anything. Blame the guys over at weebls stuff for that. :B
Right, now that's done, please find enclosed a couple of hours work to pass the time before getting home from work and dinner.  Number 3 out of many on my big list of backlogged emoticon ideas, and the 4th Weebl's Stuff animation, y'all can see the others in my gallery. This is a pretty simple one, but I might make a more interesting one later if I can think of anything. Critiques
A nice and simple re-creation and even though it is simple it is still eyecatching. My only real issue is that although the walker looks great at that size you lose alot of details, if it wasn't mentioned it was Moon Hitler i may not have know who was in it at all. Increasing the size of the emote may help to let you add more details. *shrugs*
Other then that it's very good, i could almost picture a hitler walking around the moon surface in a similar walker
