Oh look, a deviation! How rare it is to see one from me, like ever...
Took this earlier this year on a trip to Manhattan, never really got around to looking through them properly. Thought I'd have a look into a bit of faux-pas Tilt-Shift photography, not absolutely happy with how it came out but I'll keep experimenting. |

Is it just me or does anyone else just want to hop across the bridge on those support beams?

Proper tilt-shift cameras do this really well as they've got a really narrow field of focus (that the right term? I dunno, I just woke up.) but Photoshop does a pretty good job in post production.
I love the style though [link] I'm going to give it another go if I find a suitable shot in my photo library.

And heh, people try but they have regular patrols from the NYPD on these little electric buggies that go along the walkways rather than the road who'll stop them. Arrestable offence apparently.
